Threadline terms
Threadline is a personal operations workspace that organizes goals, priorities, source evidence, and cloud browser activity. These terms apply when you create an account or buy a subscription.
Subscription
Threadline Plus costs $12 per month after a 7-day trial and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Canceling stops future renewal; access continues through any already-paid period unless Stripe reports the subscription as unpaid or otherwise inactive.
Included use
The plan includes 100 cloud browser runs and 200 managed reasoning turns per monthly period. Availability depends on third-party services and sites. Managed reasoning is included and does not require your own model-provider account.
Your accounts and data
You must use accounts and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing proposed actions before approval and for complying with the terms of connected services. Do not use Threadline for unlawful access, abuse, or attempts to evade third-party safeguards.
Connection and deletion controls
You may revoke Google access, remove individual reusable browser sign-ins, disable operational email notifications, and delete your Threadline account from the account screen. Account deletion is permanent and also removes all reusable browser sign-ins and queued notification state. If a Stripe customer exists, Threadline deletes it before erasing the workspace so the subscription does not remain active without an account.
Payments and refunds
Stripe processes payments. Except where law requires otherwise, completed subscription payments are non-refundable. You can avoid a charge by canceling before the trial or current billing period renews.
Service boundary
Threadline may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. The service is provided as available and may make mistakes; verify deadlines, messages, calendar changes, and other consequential information before relying on it.
